Our vehicles need to stay reliable now more than ever, which is why our shop will stay open and ready to help when you might need it most. You can have peace of mind knowing that we have also made the necessary adjustments to our vehicle handling and services to accommodate CDC regulations and to keep you safe.
Dub's Garage has implemented the following adjustments to safely continue serving you during the COVID-19 outbreak:
- We will be following all sanitary precautions set forward by the CDC to ensure your safety and monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely.
- We are cleaning the front office several times a day and providing hand sanitizer.
- Our shop technicians wear disposable gloves while working on customer vehicles.
- Our staff members will be regularly sanitizing all surfaces in our shop and work areas.
- We will be sanitizing vehicles upon entry and exit, including door handles, steering wheels, gear shifters, and other high-touch areas of your vehicle. We will also sanitize your keys and key fobs!
- We are also offering no contact drop off and pick up at our shop, simply drop your key through our night drop with your information. We can arrange for no contact pick up as well.
- We will not be scheduling waiting appointments for the safety of our employees and customers but just call us if this is a problem and we'll work something out.
- For those of you who are considered high risk during this time, please contact us if you need our help. We can arrange a non-contact pick up and drop off of your vehicle from your home or office.
- We are offering drop box access for during and after hours drop off of vehicles and allowing credit card payments by phone.
