Marc, we hate that they wouldn't cover the repairs; but are glad we could serve you in your time of need. Paying a ton of money for an extended warranty only to hear them say no is beyond frustrating for not only you, but us too! We want the best for our guests...from keeping the repair costs down, assuring you truly understand the repairs needed, knowing how long the vehicle will be down to be able to coordinate on your end, etc. Car repairs are never fun, but anything we can do to help ease the stress, we promise to do.
