I recently had my car towed into Dubs Garage for some much-needed brake repairs, including work on the ABS system, sway bar, and alignment. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The front office staff — Emma and Alex — were welcoming, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. They made everything easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. A big shoutout to Kiri, the office manager, she helped me throughout the process, explained in detail everything going on and price was upfront. My car part was on back order so she tried everything to get the part sooner. She called weekly about the part. She is very professional and pays attention to detail whitch helped me when she realized I had AAA she offered a discount. Kiri really helped the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. As for the actual repairs, Joseph and Adrian did a phenomenal job. Their workmanship really shows, and I could tell they took pride in getting it right. Highly recommend Dubs Garage if you’re looking for a team that’s skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything else.

Brought my 2013 Taurus in for an intermittent "Check Charging System" alarm/warning, which also caused my power steering to cut out while driving. Dub's troubleshot and solved the problem (bad alternator and one bad cell in the battery). They also performed a general service inspection and corrected issues that they identified (some of which I had been aware of). Very neat, clean and professional workmanship. Special mention - VERY knowledgeable front office personnel and they kept me in the loop as to work progress. They explained the particulars of my charging system and why my power steering was cutting out. (They keep abreast of the newer car systems thru updated training.) Very refreshing when compared to car dealers' service centers where all they know is how to take your keys and fill out a maintenance form for you to sign. I consider Dub's to be a "top notch" repair shop and am lucky that I was referred to them, since I am from out of state and would have been stuck going to a local dealer.

Had problem with brake system. Called that morning and had my vehicle back that afternoon. Mechanic did a complete inspection on my vehicle. Good job Dub's!
