We took our cars to dealership garages for many, many years. For the most part, we thought we got reasonable service and prices that were not low but were acceptable. As the years pasted, the prices rose and frankly it became a real hassle to make an appointment, navigate the dealership parking lot jammed full of new cars waiting to be sold, dodge the traffic in and out of the lot, sit in a crowded waiting room as the dealership serviced lots, and lots of cars, and then repeat the entire process to retrieve our car. A neighbor and friend told me that he had used Dub’s garage for many years and had always received great service, terrific advice from the service advisors, and quality service at a fair price. We have been using Dub’s garage for a few years and my neighbor was absolutely correct. The folks in customer service who greet you and write up your service ticket are honest, very knowledgeable, efficient, and give great advice about service options. Our vehicles have been returned when promised. When you pick up your vehicle, they don’t just tell you what they did. They give you a summary of services provided with the charges for each service and a written report of the results of their inspection of your vehicle and even provide the tests strips used in some areas. Since we usually take the car in late in the afternoon to pick up the next day, it is great that Dub’s has a secure parking area for vehicles to be serviced. All in all, this is a very good place to have your vehicles serviced and we highly recommend that you give Dub’s a try.
