Great service and explanations of needs. Would like to know if in the future I can purchase the parts myself and bring them in and have them use them to save me a few dollars? Other than that the service and employees are very courteous and helpful

Mr. Large, thank you for recognizing our team! In regards to your parts question, unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate this request. It is against our company policy for a number of reasons: defective part(s) obtained, wrong part(s) obtained, part(s) missing to complete repair, etc. We understand purchasing part(s) from an outside source may be less expensive, as is purchasing and grilling your own hamburger; however like other businesses, our services have overhead and the small parts margin is necessary in continuing to provide our community with repairs they can trust. All of our work comes with a 2 year /24k mile nationwide warranty when we supply the components too. I hope you understand and we look forward to a long, lasting relationship 😃

Dub’s has always taken great care of my car! I’ve never had an issue with their work. The customer service is on point, Kiri is always great to work with! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Dub's Garage did an excelent job repairing my Jeep. They were professional abd timely and always contacted me if something outside of the esrimate needed work. I have ever seen a more detailed report on what they felt was needed as well as inspected the Jeep and told me what systems were in good shape and other work that was optional if I wanted it done.

Feeling like you are here to be able to make the best decision for your vehicle is top priority. We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible with the decision you are making. Car repairs are not only inconvenient, but can be expensive. We want you to know where your vehicle stands to assure a seamless experience and to be able to save for possible future concerns. I felt well taken care of here at this shop. The repairs were much needed and my car feels safe to drive again. I did not know that there would be a warranty on the repairs that were done and they provided an extensive receipt report of everything that was done to the car. They got our permission to do the work on our vehicle before touching it. They were prompt and all repairs were completed in the time they told us it would take. My experience was professional, honest, and reasonable. Thank you Dub's Garage team for taking the anxiety out of this process and for helping us get back on the road safely!

We always strive to make the experience as pleasant as possible, as we know taking your vehicle in for repairs is never fun.
