Extremely professional all the way. The service technician was very through at checking the car finding the problem at hand and some problems i wasn’t aware of. I had them do all the work hopefully I will get my pickup in for a repair that it’s been needing done for sometime. Office staff are aces also you and your vehicles are in great hands here. No worries at all. They are going to be my go to shop from now on since my mechanic that I used for 25 years closed up shop. Thanks to everyone at Dubs Garage 👍👍

I’m a very satisfied customer. The employees were friendly and professional at all times. Pictures of my vehicle were provided with explanations of the diagnoses and repairs. Phone calls were made to keep me abreast of repair progress. A report was also sent be text message. The mechanic double-checked one of the repairs to assure there were no leaks. Dub’s Garage did an outstanding job!

We know bringing your vehicle into a garage can be stressful, but we strive to combat this every way we can! We want you to feel like you are here with your vehicle by supplying detailed pictures and explanations and never want you to worry by always keeping you in the loop. And don't forget that after the dye has circulated for some time, we want to invite you back in for a courtesy inspection to truly assure no leaks are present. I took my car in for the yearly inspection. I like that you need an appointment because the wait time is much shorter. The office staff is nice, friendly and knowledgeable…I would not hesitate to take my car there for service or repair.

Appointments have really helped us offer the best customer service possible! No one should have to wait hours and hours to have an inspection that takes about 20 minutes to perform. This service center stands apart with professionalism, courtesy and a depth of competence and experience. From the very first phone conversation with Kiri the service advisor to service completion, communication was clear and concise, and timely. A full range of diagnostics was completed and and thorough service evaluation to determine now, later or never repair options. My vehicle is 20 years old and the service recommendations were extensive and relevant. Kiri communicated the options to maintain a safe vehicle and still remain within a reasonable budget. Both Kiri and Albert, also a service advisor, have a remarkable depth of knowledge and experience with automotive repair and servicing. This depth of experience was both refreshing and unexpected. The service technicians are competent, personable and unusually patient and accommodating. I just moved to Texas and will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Great company. Took my truck in to get a brake inspection. They did a complete check up on my truck while it was there. Also reported that my brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced at this time. Absolutely a great place to take your vehicle for an honest evaluation and diagnosis.
