Anytime someone takes their vehicle in for services there is usually a bit of a lump in the throat because of the fear of everything going wrong. In my case it did. What I was expecting to be $150 - $200 job... became about $2800. But here's the thing... I'm not mad or complaining. This bill could have been over $3,000. My Service Advisor, Kiri...(??? I hope I got that right), did a great job of explaining exactly what work was done, what tests were done, and the results. It was a detailed informative session that felt a little like school... but in a good way. And I have to give credit where credit is due... Kiri went the extra mile and when I went to pick up my vehicle my bill actually dropped by about $250. Kiri explained that she was able to find a part for less money so she was able to bring my bill in under the estimate. She could easily have left the bill as it was, but she made the effort to find the less expensive part. I know that Dubb's is pricier than other shops.... but here's the thing.... they have a 2 year guarantee on the work they do and their customer service is second to none. Peace of mind is awesome!
