I am very happy to have found this place. I had my truck towed to them at night and they called me first thing the next morning to learn more about why my truck was there. They did a diagnosis and found that I needed a new fuel pump. They also did a thorough check and made suggestions for other items my truck needed (no surprise with about 100k on the clock). I appreciated this extra effort and I plan to have those addressed one-by-one as time passes. For the time being, I had them do the pump only to get it back on the road. There was absolutely no pressure for extra work and my truck was ready to go by the end of the day. On another note, I took another (past-manufacturer warranty) vehicle to them previously (over a year ago) because of a check engine light. They alerted me that there was an open recall that caused this and recommended that I have GM look at it. As it turned out, they were spot on and I was able to have my other car fixed (it was an involved and potentially expensive job) by GM at no charge. To me, this is the epitome of honesty as they could have easily taken the job themselves and I never would've know any better. I plan to use Dub's exclusively because of that old experience. It's the reason I had my truck towed to them this last time.
